The I.G.R.O.W. Coaching Model
In this video we outline the "I.G.R.O.W. Coaching Model". Using this approach will insure that your team member understands clearly what the issue is, what the goal or desired behavior is, and how to effectively make the change. In coaching, we always want to engage the team member in the process. Why? This creates a higher level of Accountability in the outcome.
I have over 30 years experience as a leader in a variety of different levels. My focus is to provide those that are new to a leadership role the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed long term in their position. I am a certified coach, and many of our programs are available with coaching and mentoring as an add on.
